This is a really easy beginning Nutribullet smoothie recipe that has lots of vitamins and tastes great.
All you need is:
I break off about 2 big leaves of kale, remove the bottom stems, rinse them clean and throw them into my large nutribullet container. Cut up an apple, remove all the seeds before tossing it in. I use the whole banana, just peel and break it up to it makes more room in the nutribullet container. And finally I put about 4 tbsp of blueberries.
You don’t have to use boosters, but they’re great to add extra vitamins and nutrients to your smoothies. I always use Nativas super food packages of: sun dried Goji berries, Raw Coaco powder, Maca root powder, and Chia seeds. Maca powder is best used every other day or mixed up throughout the week, instead of daily.
I just throw a tspn of each of those in my drinks before I blend them up. I wouldn’t recommend using more than a tspn of cacao powder since it’s pretty concentrated.
